The AP module has a reflow function. Regardless of the type of coating pattern, it ensures a clean break without any trailing. 
The maximum on/off cycle speed is 10,000 times per minute. 
The maximum coating width is 500mm / 19.6 inches. 
The viscosity of the hot melt adhesive ranges from a minimum of 100 cps to a maximum of 20,000 cps. 
The maximum operating temperature is 200℃/390℉. 
The minimum operating pressure of the solenoid valve is 74 psi (5 bar), and the maximum is 125 psi (9 bar). 
The minimum pressure for hot melt adhesive is 100 psi (7 bar), and the maximum pressure is 1,000 psi (68 bar). 
The unique scalp scraping design is precisely ground to ensure the uniform distribution of materials on the base surface. 
220 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 1 phase, with 24 VDC control voltage (custom configurations available) 
The coating lip has a hardness above HRC 6° and is extremely wear-resistant.
