Problem 1: high temperature burning loss
when dealing with high-temperature flue gas in some industrial occasions, the temperature of the site will fluctuate, which is extremely unstable. This is also a time when the filter bag is easily damaged, which will seriously affect the service life of the filter bag, and even damage the purification equipment. In the face of this situation, it is suggested that the filter bag should be pre coated with lime powder or kaolin under high temperature conditions, for example, the surface of the filter bag should be pre coated with lime powder or kaolin, so as to effectively reduce the harm of high temperature to the filter bag.
Problem 2: high temperature shrinkage
if this situation occurs, it is basically due to the different use temperatures of various filter materials in the equipment. When the temperature exceeds the use temperature of the filter materials, the filter bag will shrink and even cannot be pulled out of the equipment. It can also be divided into the following phenomena:
1. The failure to extract the filter bag from the equipment also indicates that the filter bag shrinks;
2. The bottom of the filter bag is broken by the bag cage, which is also a problem of shrinkage;
