How to judge whether the high efficiency filter has been scrapped

The scrapping of high-efficiency filters is an important problem that users have to face, because only when they correctly judge that the high-efficiency filters have been scrapped can they make a corresponding high-efficiency filter replacement plan. After our collection and collation, there are two cases in which the high-efficiency filters can be judged to be scrapped:

    first, during the environmental inspection, it was found that the suspended particles in the room were significantly high. After eliminating other reasons, the diffuser plate of the high-efficiency air supply outlet was removed. There was damage and black ash stains on the surface of the air supply outlet. In this case, the high-efficiency filter could not be used. Replace it with a new one in time. If the filter is not obviously damaged, cover the air supply outlet of the room with an air volume cover to measure the air supply volume of each air supply outlet. If the air supply volume becomes larger, replace it.

    second, when there is no abnormality in other air filters, and the air supply volume at the air supply outlet of the room is less than half of the standard air supply volume, it means that the filter is blocked, and the blocked high-efficiency filter should be replaced.

Replacement of high efficiency filter:
    remove the diffuser plate of the scrapped high-efficiency filter; Loosen the fixing parts of the high-efficiency filter. After removing the high-efficiency filter, check the static pressure box, fixing parts and panel for corrosion and loss. If corrosion is found, remove the rust and paint. Get a new high-efficiency filter according to the specification and quantity, and check that the outer package of the high-efficiency filter is complete without damage, the certificate of the high-efficiency filter is complete, the outer frame is strong and durable, and the filter paper is not damaged; Remove the outer package and put it in a clean and dry place. The inner package shall be kept intact before installation.

    when replacing some high-efficiency filters in the clean area, clean the static pressure box of the high-efficiency filter with a clean rag. Then, open the inner package of the high-efficiency filter, paste the sealing strip on the air inlet side of the high-efficiency filter, and smoothly put the high-efficiency filter into the static pressure box. Be sure to handle it with care during handling, and record the specification, model, number and installation position of the high-efficiency filter. When fixing the filter, first check that the filter is in the middle of the static pressure box. The distance between the filter and the surrounding of the static pressure box is equal. The fixing parts should be fixed diagonally to prevent uneven stress or damage to the filter. The fixing nut in the static pressure box shall be tightened to make the connection between the high-efficiency filter and the static pressure box fit and sealed. Then turn on the air conditioning unit, ventilate the system, open the inner package of the high efficiency filter, and replace it according to the above steps.

  after installing the high-efficiency filter, run the system and check for air leakage. In case of air leakage, the following measures shall be taken: fasten the fixing parts or replace the sealing strip and reinstall. If the high-efficiency filter leaks air, it is necessary to replace it with a new high-efficiency filter. Next, install the high efficiency filter panel according to the original marked direction. The gap between the panel and the ceiling shall be minimized to prevent dust accumulation. After the installation of the high-efficiency filter, the environmental test shall be carried out again and verified to provide the most reliable basis for determining the scrapping of the high-efficiency filter next time.
